Shipping & Delivery Information

As we approach the festive season, we want to take a moment to thank you for your support throughout the year. At Nutrition X, we value giving our team the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones. However, we also recognise that this is a busy time for sport, and we want you to know that we are here to support you.

Our team will be available to assist during reduced hours on the following dates:

• Monday, 23rd December
• Friday, 27th December
• Monday, 30th December
• Tuesday, 31st December

Outside of these times, we’ll be recharging with our families and friends, ready to hit the ground running in the New Year. We wish you a joyful festive season and a fantastic start to 2025.

Please see below for our full Christmas delivery schedule:

Royal Mail:

Orders placed via Royal Mail after 3pm on the 21st December 2024, will not be delivered until January 2025.

DPD:

• Orders placed before 1pm on 23rd December, will be delivered 24th December 2024.

 

• Orders placed between 1pm on 23rd December and 11am on the 27th December, will be delivered on the 30th December

 

• Orders placed before 11am on the 30th will be delivered on the 31st December

 

• Orders placed after 11am on the 30th and before 11am on the 31st will be delivered on the 2nd January 2025

 

• Normal deliveries resume January 2nd 2025.

UK MAINLAND - ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY	Any delivery under 2kg will have the option for Royal Mail Delivery Tracked 48 hour delivery. If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, you will receive your order in 2 working days. If you place your order after 3pm Monday-Friday, you will receive your order within 3 working days.	£4.49

• Once the consignments leave our facility we cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver these on time on every occasion. However, we will always try to keep you updated with any delays.
